Playback stops, almost like songs are skipping

When my Hermes opens, it begins playing like it should. But after a minute or two, the song will suddenly stop playing, or start to haltingly play, almost like it is skipping or something. I have double checked my internet connection to ensure it isn't the problem. If I pause Hermes and let it sit for about 5 minutes, it will allow me to play for a few minutes again, but then it starts the same problem. The bar and timer at the bottom continue to move normally, but no sound is coming through my speakers or headphones
