Nagstamon always shows "OK" despite Host Problems in Checkmk

We are using Checkmk Enterprise Edition 2.2.0p27 at work but I cannot get Nagstamon to work properly here. I added the server to my Nagstamon configuration, but Problems are not shown in Nagstamon. It always says "OK", even if there are hosts with problems. I have not enabled any filters in Nagstamon.

I checked the diagnosis URL from the Checkmk-Documentation and it looks good in my browser:

If, contrary to expectations, problems nevertheless arise, first check whether you can go open the following pages from the device on which Nagstamon is running. Replace the placeholders with their real values:

I found a post in the Checkmk forum with a slightly similar issue (however, in our case it is not a problem caused by an update), but the provided workaround is not working for me.

Is there anything else I can try or can I provide more information? I would be very happy to find a solution to the problem!
