Some questions about build database into postgres sql

I am a user of MIMICiii. When I build pic database into postgres sql, there is something. I found a little difference between pic and MIMIC iii.
I do not know which file should I choose. "mysql" or "postgresql" ?
When I use "mysql", should I make some change in "1-define.sql"? For instance "warning".
When I use "postgresql" , it indicates "The character 0x0x8e 0x2c encoding "GBK" has no corresponding value in encoding "utf8"".
What should I do? Thank you

If you use postgresql database, then choose the "postgresql" files.

the encoding issue have been reported. The solution is "decompress all files and converted it to GBK format" then try to load the data again.
