Generate dedicated page for each showcase item

I think if the showcases page was more than just thumbnails + links, goes along nicely with prettying up the showcases page. Each item on the showcase page is just a markdown file, so I think this would just involve writing whatever descriptions within that markdown file, and using that for page generation

This goes along with #148
