Seems to be related to concurrently running connections, there are already protections in place but at least one case might not be covered. Anyway, the connection closes and reopens and the sync resumes correctly in all known cases.

This still happens, the sync-v2 algorithm is made in a way that it is resilient to this and will keep syncing.
