For lab 1 it might be good to end / or in the middle of the class have a little lecture about what Uppmax is, how HPCs work and ssh/scp/sftp etc.

Lab3-6 short intro about annotation and mitochondria? What we want i.e. they are "investigating and new species" and the usefulness of a reference.

For lab 6, it might be a good idea to give a short refresher about phylogeny and how to think about ingroup and outgroup?
