Replace "Enforce Input Preset" with one-time "Reset Controls" HXE#296
Replace relevant element in Loader

Reset controls on first configuration, but allow the user to customize them without disabling the preset's enforcement.
Provide a button to reset them at any time.

Probably just Reset Controls, with a good tooltip explanation, though I question how often people realize those things exist... (actually, a few things in 0370 are missing tooltips, now that I think about it).
