Build a better landing page for AWS

Right now there is no general AWS page for Hacking the cloud. About the closest we have it this. I need to make something a little more generic so that people can link to the site better.

Do you want this to be a general page with a doc links index list for the current content?
With a landing page like this, contributors would have to be notified that they will need to add their link to the landing page index.

I'm happy to build out this page. Just need a general guideline/acceptance criteria to build towards. Happy to iterate over it a couple of times as well to get it just right.

Hey @michaeljgrant, thank you for volunteering! I totally agree that linking to each article would be tedious/difficult to keep up with.

I think a good alternative would be a general page with headings for each of the major topics we have in AWS. Perhaps a simple explanation for each section and maybe a link to a few key posts as examples (that way, we don't have to update this page every time we add something new).
