The site is currently getting spammed with presumably bots with fake emails using up our SendGrid limit and adding a bunch of documents to our database. To counteract this, adding a CAPTCHA system would help mitigate malicious bot traffic.

Will look into Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudfare Turnstile
