Table with frozen column, rowFilter, and selection on will render frozen column on top of first column

Describe the bug
Frozen column sits on top of first column.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. (Using striped table example: https://www.htmlelements.com/demos/table/table-striped/)
2. Go to https://codepen.io/rpsirois/pen/XWZGqjE
3. Add properties: filtering, filterRow, selection, selectMode: 'extended'
4. Change "Country" column config to {dataField:'Country',freeze:true}

Expected behavior

• Selection checkboxes flush to left side.
• Frozen row not overlaid on top of other columns.
