Should inspector have rights to change assigned data of inspection?
Suggestion is that inspectors are able to change the date of inspection. Please, comment.

Note 14.6.2019. Information required is it possible to change the date of inspection.

@MartinTuchyna why do you place the ROLE_CIDE_ICZ in the title? Is it an issue linked only to this role? If not remove it from the title!

Inspection dates are assigned by coordinator based on an annual plan, this was told.
However each change made by assigned inspector, by change I mean editing note/score changes the inspection date of update.

So the answer is no inspector cannot change the inspection date because it is set by coordinator based on his plan.
