PTR-BCR-3, matrix bottom-left corner was 2^(i +-2) and the +- should either be + or - but I don't know what. SFR_Derivations.pdf in the "everything_else" folder seems to show an even different formula. For now I've just changed the +- to i+j-2 since this is most likely what was meant.
