整理架构
- 重写依赖注入部分
- ViewModel, Model, View 分成多项目，为之后可能的 Avalonia 实现做准备
- 是否代理设置可能因此会被移除
用 IActivatableViewModel 替换现在用 IDisposable 的 ViewModel
考虑到之后直播回放都变成视频了，移除回放下载功能
界面：用户设置和设置合并
增加导入关注主播的功能
