Summary

A workaround for an intractable vulnerability issue was added in https://github.com/HHS/simpler-grants-gov/pull/2502/files

With the change in #2508 we should now no longer need this workaround

Acceptance criteria

  • esbuild vulnerability workaround is removed from dockerfile
  • all vulnerability scans still pass
