Work with DefinitelyTyped to update New Relic types

Summary

In working on #2696 it became clear that the Typescript types provided for the New Relic package are missing some definitions. While we can work around this on our own it would be nice to not have to maintain our own typing, and also nice to provide a service to the community if possible by updating the type library.

Acceptance criteria

• PR is opened with DefinitelyTyped to add missing types
