These directories appear to be serving the same purpose, where files are being placed in here if they are related to the tasks.
inputs could keep the raw code materials, and the behData directory could contain the data. In practice, the data appears to primarily live on github side by side with the code.
In the future, it would be nice to keep the code in a separate repository, but eprime by default writes files in the same directory, and it didn't lead to a nice automatic workflow to keep them separated.
When we move to more psychopy based applications, this problem should be reduced.
