Not sure how common this may be for our lab, but maybe we could add scripts for the development and implementation of a study-specific template.

@ariveradompenciel I have an ANTs script for creating study specific template. I can share that.
For network scripts, under decisions, we might also want to hash out including/excluding ROIs depending on how many participants have data for that ROI.
For individual level scripts- we can also make the modules at individual level and see how they compare to the group structure.

How would everyone feel about a script or function call that looks for a "care" or "don't care" flag on whether or not to move forward with an analysis where subject-level data is missing for a brain node of interest? My particular question this fall regarding the WMD and PC score will want to focus in on that.

@mpipoly maybe "no care" could be set as a fully inclusive threshold
