Next Semester and Winter Break Analyst Availability

Next Semester Preferred Meeting Time:
Based on the analysts schedule, meeting on Mondays from 11:15 am to 12:15pm is the only time that works for all of us.

Michael's Availability During Break:
During December: off and on I don't really have clear free times as I'll be in Florida with my grandparents.
First Week of January: I'll be at the Mayo Bowl in Charlotte so won't be able to work
January 6th & January 13: Should be available to do work, will be heading back to Blacksburg on January 17th

Through the first week of January: Not a lot of free time, will be busy visiting family
January 6th & January 13th: Should be available to do some work, won't be back in Blacksburg until January 19th

Hi all,

My plan is to work on a few things independently that I think could be helpful for the rest of December. I'll be unavailable for Dec 23 - January 9 because of family visiting for the holidays and then I am going on a trip in early January. The last week of break (Jan 13-17) I would be happy to work extra hours from home (Virginia Beach) to get up to speed and jumpstart our projects for next semester. I'll get back to Blacksburg on the 20th.

Hi all,

I hope everyone had a great winter break and got some rest during the holidays. I believe MLK Day on Monday, Jan 20th is a federal holiday, so there are no classes and I assume DEQ offices are closed as well. Should we go ahead and schedule our first meeting to be the week after or could we find an alternate time for next week to meet and discuss this semester's projects/goals?
