How does one add perms?
How does one !add (song link) but never plays only gets a PM saying "You were added to the wait list and your track was set" wait list? whats that.. how does one bypass it?
!skip don't have perms to do that? How does one set that.

First of all, the latest version (0.0.5) has a known issue that music simply doesn't play, you can try to use 0.0.4 instead
Permissions are not finished yet, they are all pre-defined and you need them in the server that the bot is running.

I just wanted to remind that the bot is still WIP, it's unstable and a lot of stuff is going to change over the development. Sorry for the inconvenience.
