Create help screen

As a user, I want a help screen, so that I can find out information on how the app works

Acceptance Criteria
Is there a help button on the home screen
Does selecting the help button on the home screen take me to help screen
Does the help screen contain the appropriate information (TBC)

Solution Guidance
Follow current MVVM-C pattern utilising the HomeCoordinator
May need to look at the current android app for the help screen contents
