Plus sign can not be used for phones numbers

If you add a plus (+), the phone number will give you an error

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a note at the bottom saying that if they want to write the + they should write 00 instead.
Example of text:
Please note: If you want to include a plus symbol (+) in your text, please enter it as "00" instead. Thank you!

@luljia0 Also it would be ice to have a country picker with flag and also auto detects the region where the device is and sets it as the default number code. Please reach out to me on slack.
