Deliver a centralized link that all stakeholders can find relative and public documentation via a weblink without a login. #27
Deliver a documentation framework that any contributors can make an edit 'suggestion' that can be reviewed and merged into the project.
Deliver a framework for standardizing documentation protocols across project
