Sidecar collector should restart automatically when assigning a new config via the Graylog UI
Current Behavior
Sidecar collector not restarting automatically as it should when assigning new configuration in Graylog UI
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
start sidecar and the collector process
change the winlogbeat config in Graylog UI -> the collector process will fail to restart
Context
If sidecar is running and the collector process is running, changing the collector configuration from Graylog UI will not cause the collector process to be restarted as expected. The configuration change only happens if a new configuration is assigned when the collector process is stopped beforehand. We reproduced this error using sidecar v1.4, v1.5 and v1.5 with the latest winlogbeat version installed with the executable path changed.
Attached are sidecar and winlogbeat logs along with the meeting recording where we reproduced the issue (meeting is uploaded in Slack since ZD has size limitation).
