Zoom: Fit-to-width et al #179

Using Firefox 68.0.1 on Linux.

I can't find any zoom functionality. There should be zoom like fit-to-width, especially if sidebar panes are open.

Zooming in on the whole page (including controls) works for now, but should be replaced with proper zoom tools sometime.
