Missing Russian Mini Resource

According to the documentation, GF is supposed to have a mini-resource for Russian.

This would be very helpful to have, despite Russian having a full-fledged resource. Your training docs direct us to try to use a similar mini resource as a starting point. But if you don't release mini resources for languages like Russian, that leaves out of lot leverage one could use for languages like Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian.
