BUG: No possibility to connect after limit resumption

Describe the bug

There was a bug, a user has a 5GB/month limit set, it bumped the limit. After marzban zeroed the used traffic, the user still couldn't connect to nodes. After I restarted xray from the panel, the user was able to do so.

I couldn't determine the reasons, but it feels like the user is not being passed the api to the nodes. The user himself had two servers unavailable, I had one of the two servers on his subscription unavailable. Updating the subscription from the app didn't help, importing the subscription didn't help either. Only restarting xray helped
