  1. The current directions suggest installing from master which is still on v1.7. They also call this the "latest" version, which in the documentation corresponds to the develop branch. This is a pitfall (Issue with azuredevops service #1006). The instructions should probably pull the version from setup.py and recommend explicitly installing the latest release.
  2. setup.py install is deprecated.
