Asks:

Migration from Owner to Impersonated Service Accounts
Requirement to scope installation permissions.
Owner role for MAJ user account not viable for enterprise customers
We had to find ways to overcome ‘Owner role’, ‘Org policy Admin’
Requirement to mitigate SetIAM permissions via terraform, centralizing IAM within Security Team.
