@icercel were you trying to audit about:blank or a different URL? Could you provide steps on how you reached this state?

Ah I see, is it reproducible every time for you or only occasionally occurs on that URL? And just to be clear the issue you're experiencing is that the page doesn't try to load at all, not that the page is so slow to load that it times out?

you can disable mobile emulation when using the cli. Devtools cannot sadly.
