Nice way to add/remove themes in an installation via re-run of Gogh Setup

I feel it would be great to have (or it exists, and I don't know how) if we could re-run the installer, and it would detect what's already there, and allow the user to express, using syntax like:

29 56 -12 -97 32

that they want to add themes 29 56 and 32, and remove themes 12 and 97.

Would love to hear thoughts around this before filing an Issue or something. Thanks!
