HP not updating mid-battle

HP updates properly outside of battle and visually updates if you re-open the menu.
In battle, though, HP might not update properly.
HP might only update properly in-battle when updated through functions like attacks etc.
More testing needs to be done if it's possible to circumvent this and see the extent of these checks.
