Monstie editor would be super cool, but will be a huge task.
To do before then:

Narrow down a good pointer to gather all this data from
Work out how this data is structured, incl. data types
Figure out how to effectively write to it, what values are dependant on one another?, legality checks?, etc.
Add in writing
