Add formatting options for code blocks

I'd like to request a feature that allows formatting within code blocks—such as changing text color or applying bold styling—for better visual emphasis and readability.

Please!!! We have an in-house language, and would like to do our own language highlighting since Prism doesn't host our proprietary language.
