No longer supporting 1.19.3 & outline of future updates

The last version of this mod for Minecraft 1.19.3 is 1.2.2.

Reason: 1.19.3 was the original version of the mod and done because the Carpet SSP series on my channel (Gilly7CE) was in that version. The mod originally was created for myself. I have now updated my Carpet SSP world to 1.20.1, so I no longer need to support 1.19.3. This was always the intention.

We will only be supporting the latest versions of each minor Minecraft version since 1.17.1. Therefore, only 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19.4 and 1.20.1 (current version as of writing) are supported. We support 1.17.1 as that is the version the 404 server runs on. 1.18.2 and 1.19.4 are supported because of 1.17.1 being supported, so it makes sense to not to have a support jump from 1.17.1 to 1.20.1.

If 1.20 gets a 1.20.2 update, we'd then only support 1.20.2 for the 1.20 Minecraft version going forward.

If 404 updates from 1.17.1, we'd then stop supporting that Minecraft version, and any version preceding the version the server updates to.
