Import Screen from Dashboard should keep the dropdown functionality at the top

When user clicks on import from the dashboard account dropdown list, the option to click that dropdown list and return back to another account should still be available next to 'Import Existing Account' at the top.

Discussed with @ttaoS this change require big change of the dropdown component on dashboard, which will take some time. Since now user can click Home at bottom menu, we'll come back to it later.
