When creating a new account, the first public key displayed by the wallet is not reproducible. If you click the account list, the public key displayed will be different.
Steps to reproduce:
Create New Account (e.g. 'Account 1')
Record first public key (the "phantom" address)
Click on account list drop down
Observe account public key
Click Account 1
Public Key changes
