No translations for the second paragraph of the about-page

At the about-page https://development.demo.geonode.org/about/
the second paragraph shows every time the english text.

for example:

[tebarius]

could be the same failure but don't know... the 2. Menu-Item "Datasets" is also not translated in any language ...
adding a translation for msgid "Datasets" in the django.po of my geonode-project fixed this for me ... but as crazy it is, there is already a translation for this msgid in the django.po of the geonode-package wich is included in my project - but this is anyway ignored (i mean ignored without my fix)
