Environment
OS: Windows 11
Scrcpy version: 3.1
Installation method: Windows release
Device model: Xiaomi 15
Android version: Latest HyperOS2
Describe the bug
After upgrading to the latest version of HyperOS2 on Xiaomi 15, I encountered the following issues when using scrcpy:
I can browse the device screen normally, but clicking and swiping do not work.
Right-click (back) functionality works fine.
Before upgrading to HyperOS2 (on HyperOS1), scrcpy worked perfectly without any issues.
Steps to reproduce
Connect Xiaomi 15 to a computer via USB.
Enable USB debugging on the device.
Grant "Simulate touch events" permission.
Run scrcpy.
Observe that clicking and swiping do not work, while right-click (back) functionality works.
Steps I have tried
Confirmed that USB debugging is enabled.
Confirmed that "Simulate touch events" permission is granted.
Restarted both the device and the computer, but the issue persists.
Additional information
The issue started after upgrading to HyperOS2. It worked fine on HyperOS1.
It might be related to changes in permission management or input event handling in HyperOS2.
After investigation, it has been confirmed that this issue is caused by the Xiaomi system. Many users in the Xiaomi community have reported the same problem. Even after multiple updates to the HyperOS version, the issue persists.
We suspect that Xiaomi has implemented restrictions in the system's permission management, which prevents scrcpy from functioning properly, specifically affecting click and swipe actions.
I would appreciate it if the developers could help investigate this issue. Thank you!
