Cannot start client - Pprogram not found

Hi,

Sony Xperia with android 4.2.2. I know it is meant to work only from version 5.0, but is that just a matter of being tested or is there some basic reason why it CANNOT work on such an old version?
Ty for any suggestion (like also "GIVE UP!").

I used the rust-win64 on a win10 machine and this is the outcome:

Ensure adb.exe is in the system path or extract the adb platform tool and its DLLs to the gnirehtet folder.
