It just does not start at all

Hey,

ran everything according to the instructions to give an easier connection to my phone farm.
After installing successfully and trying to run the exe this is what happens. Nothing more.

Tried force closing, reinstalling, other phone, strictly does not work.
My phone farm is required to run on Android 10. I have read that Android 12 updates may be the solution here, I can not do that though. Any other solutions?
(Forgive me if there is a really easy fix, I'm not really good at tech stuff)
