Figure.grdview: Pythonic syntax for surftype parameter

This PR improves grdview's -Q option in a more Pythonic way by splitting it into multiple parameters:

• surftype
• dpi
• nan_transparent
• monochrome
• meshfill

Address #4208 (comment).
