Looks like OWL file needs a mesh prefix to enable term ids to be "seen". Ideally replace these with OBO ontology terms:
Note: "livestock" is a duplicate term - genepio also references IDO one. But class "animal specimen" shouldn't reference "livetock" directly since that is a population of one or more animals. Relation would be "derives from part of" instead. Can we handle all these subclasses instead via LinkML menu?
