A new flow-tool that allows to illustrate iso-lines based on a user-selectable quantity (e.g. vorticity, pressure, ...)

The tool can have two modes:

Select an iso-line, based on the value at the mouse position
User can specify a value and the tool highlights the respective iso-lines

Gebhard-Stopper added the enhancement label
