FindBugs is dead, long live SpotBugs.

From the SpotBugs instructions it's easy to migrate from FindBugs. The only problem is that the output file is now spotbugsXml.xml instead of findbugsXml.xml which means a change to the Jenkinsfile of every plugin :(
