Annotators not noticing that they are annotating a new document

Describe the bug

Reported by Mughda:

After a document has been annotated and submitted, there is no usual cue of page reloading, only the document text changes and the forms cleared. This has lead to many reports of annotators thinking that they're annotating the same document.

Mughda's had to change the guideline telling annotators to watch out for this behaviour.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Perform any annotation.

Expected behavior

More transitional cues should be provided so that users know they are annotating a new document.

• Add transition effects when moving to next/previous document on the annotation screen
