Add support for FESL. #4

FESL is a server that "wraps" GameSpy server. (such as Nintendo WiFi
Connection) Although is not focues on the main GameSpy emulation, I could
creare a separare module for supporting it. (I'm 80% sure it uses
authtokens).
I, unfortunately, don't have any game that supports this protocol, that
means I have no way to test that. (Maybe NFS Carbon 2006 for PC? Which
should not work on W10)

afaik NFS Carbon uses it and it works just fine under Windows 10. |

At least NFS:Carbon and BF2142 are working just fine for me under Windows 10 with no CD executables. |
