Port to Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)

Salesforce will be making Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) generally available in the Summer '21 release. While LWR lacks some of the stock Aura components found in Aura sites, it does allow for a greater deal of flexibility

Describe the solution you'd like

A porting of the existing codebase to LWR along with information and guidance as when one should be chosen over the other.

• Deployment instructions
  • LWR requires a different set of tools, create and validate this list
• Configuration instructions
  • Separate wiki content, update README
  • README in each branch should reference the other version
• Limitations

• update to branching and tagging strategy
  • New develop branches. Pull requests go against .x branches
    • lwr_1.xfor lightning web runtime
    • rename existing develop to aura_1.x
  • Tags
    • similar to branches, include lwr or aura designation
  • Default branch should remain as the aura branch until the first major LWR release
