Overlay on mobile does not automatically close for Shopping Cart/Profile Menu/Custom Search

Describe the bug

When the community site is accessed from Mobile, when clicked on Menu, the Menu overlay with menu items get displayed. By clicking on the Profile Menu and clicking on any links the page renders but the menu overlay does not close automatically.

To Reproduce

1. Go to CMLS Community https://ceofl1intp-gsa-fas.cs32.force.com/cmlsbeta/s/ on Mobile
2. Register/Login to community. If already have registered please login, please register to login.
3. Login to the community
4. Click on the "Menu" on the top right corner.
5. Click on the "User Profile" to see the list of menu items "Home", "My Profile"
6. Click on "My Profile", observe the overlay does not get closed automatically, but the page renders.
7. The behavior is same when clicked on "View Cart" and "Search"

Expected behavior
The expected behavior would be the overlay would close automatically, when above steps are performed.
