Description of Issue:

FBCA CP v3.6 had a typo graphical error in Section 6.4.2 and needs to be corrected to align with Change Proposal 2024-10.

Details of Issue:

Typographical issue resulting from needing to remove struck through language in Section 6.4.2

Possible Solution

Update policy documents and reupload.
