Audit existing orgs and update listings

User Story

In order to maintain up to date contacts and information, datagov team wants to regularly review existing orgs for logos, dataset validity, and contacts.

Acceptance Criteria

[ACs should be clearly demoable/verifiable whenever possible. Try specifying them using BDD.]

• GIVEN a user visits https://catalog.data.gov/organization/
  WHEN the page loads happens
  THEN each organization listing should have a logo
  AND each organization should have >0 datasets
  AND datagov team should have an up to date contact to reach out to organizations to update those aspects

Background

Org list has several without logos and with 0 datasets. We'd like to clean that up

Sketch

• Create spreadsheet audit with columns for logo, datasets, and contact info
• Fill spreadsheet with org info from catalog
• Reach out to orgs with missing data
• Update orgs in catalog with new harvest sources, logos, or both
• Update org POC list if necessary
